Pharmacy Benefits: Our prescription drug program is coordinated through CVS Caremark. The prescription drug benefit utilizes a broad national network of pharmacies including national chains other than CVS.
Virtual Visits: Get 24/7 non-emergency care from a board-certified doctor by phone, online video or mobile app from the privacy and comfort of your own home.
Mental Health: The medical plan includes behavioral and mental health services. Both in-person and virtual providers are available to provide confidential one-on-one counseling.
Flexible Spending Accounts: We offer healthcare and dependent care flexible spending accounts (FSAs) which can help lower your taxable income and help pay for certain out-of-pocket expenses.
Health Savings Account: Participants in our high deductible healthcare plan option may choose to utilize a Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for qualified medical expenses. HSA contributions and withdrawals for qualified healthcare expenses are tax-free. At Home Healthcare contributes to participants’ HSA accounts annually.
Dental Benefits: At Home Healthcare offers affordable dental plan options from MetLife for routine care and beyond.
Vision Benefits: We provide a quality vision plan option for you and your family through MetLife.
Supplemental Health Benefits: At Home Healthcare offers several ways to supplement your medical plan coverage. This additional insurance can help cover unexpected expenses, regardless of any benefit you may receive from your medical plan.
Basic Life Insurance: At Home Healthcare provides basic life insurance coverage at no cost to you.
Voluntary Life and AD&D Insurance: Eligible employees may purchase additional Voluntary Life and AD&D insurance. Voluntary AD&D election amounts will automatically match the Voluntary Life election amounts.
Income Protection: We offer short-term disability and long-term disability options so you can protect a portion of your income if you become ill or injured.
Employee Assistance Program: The Employee Assistance Program is available 24/7 to support you and your family’s total health, including mental, emotional, and physical. And there’s no cost to you — whether or not you’re enrolled in a company-sponsored medical plan.

Compensation & Retirement Contributions

Paid Time Off: We offer a generous paid time off package for our full-time, regular employees with an accrual of up to 30 days annually.
At Home Healthcare 401(k) Plan: We provide a generous matching contribution when you contribute to the Plan.

Education Support

Education Support: With approval, the company will reimburse the cost of tuition, required textbooks, and lab fees.
